1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, so please review them periodically.

2. Product Information
Each piece is handmade, and slight variations in size, color, and design are to be expected. These variations are not considered defects but are a part of the artisanal process.

3. Ordering and Payment
All prices listed are in Euro and do not include shipping fees, which will be calculated after your order is placed. Payments are processed securely via mobile banking. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and will be arranged after the order is placed. You will be informed of the shipping method and cost before the item is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

5. Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return a piece, you may do so within 14 days of receipt, it must be undamaged, unused, and clean. To initiate a return, please email us at nohceramics@gmail.com. Please note that we cannot process returns for items purchased through our stockists.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.

7. Stockist Orders
We do not handle returns or exchanges for items purchased through our stockists. Please refer to the return policy of the stockist where you made your purchase.

8. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
