Shipping policy

We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange the most suitable shipping method and provide you with the shipping cost. Please note that shipping fees are not included in the listed prices and will be communicated to you separately after the order is placed. You have the right to cancel your order if shipping costs do not meet your expectations.

2. Processing Time
All of our pieces are handmade, so processing times may vary. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We will calculate the exact shipping cost once your order is placed and present you with the available shipping options. We aim to find the most cost-effective and reliable shipping method for each order.

4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fees.

5. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method. Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic (within Croatia): max up to 10 business days
  • International: 10 to 30 business days

Please note that delays can occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

6. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping carriers such as [DPD, DHL, and Croatian Post]. Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our pieces to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nohceramics@gmail.com with your order details and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Unsuccessful Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order.
