Return Policy

Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products under the following conditions:

Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Condition of the Product
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and clean. Products that have been used, damaged, or are dirty will not be accepted.

Return Process
To request a return, please contact us via email at nohceramics@gmail.com. In your email, include your name, order number, and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.

Return Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly.

Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, the refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 5 business days.

Exceptions
Returns cannot be made for products purchased from our partners (e.g., galleries, concept stores) or for custom-made products.
